NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1105-MF-0196 wherein Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Scott Ray McCormick and Jodie M. McCormick were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of Mar., 2012  at the  hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of Lot Number 2 North of the Indian boundary line and a part of Lot Number 5 South of the Indian boundary line all in Section 4, Township 8 North, Range 2 East, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot Number 5; thence North on the West line of Lot Number 2, 727.54 feet; thence North 87 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds East with the Center of the county road 202.8 feet; thence South 1074.0 feet; thence South 87 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds West 202.8 feet; thence North with the West line of Lot Number 5, 346.46 feet to the beginning. Containing 5.0 acres, more or less.
