By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0912-MF-0681, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, for the benefit of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AHL2 was Plaintiff, and Lori Lucas and Gary Lucas were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8  of  March 2012 at 10 AM of said day, at the Brown County Sheriff's Department, 55 SR 46 E, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana:
