BE IT KNOWN, that PNC Bank, National Association successor by merger to National City Bank, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Zarksis V. Daroga, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court its Complaint against the above-named Defendants, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendants, upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County, State of Indiana, to wit:
PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING SOUTH 89 DEGREES 45 MINUTES WEST 400 FEET FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 45 MINUTES WEST 210.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 21 DEGREES 58 MINUTES EAST 534.7 FEET; THENCE WITH THE CENTER OF THE COUNTY ROAD SOUTH 58 DEGREES 37 MINUTES EAST 64.45 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 71 DEGREES 45 MINUTES EAST 207.22 FEET; AND SOUTH 59 DEGREES 00 MINUTES EAST 20 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 33 DEGREES 49 MINUTES WEST 465.52 FEET TO THE BEGINNING, CONTAINING 2.66 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless the Defendants appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against the Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
