By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-081 l-MF-0667 wherein Chase Home Finance LLC was Plaintiff, and Jeanann Grider, Jerry L. Shores, The Huntington National Bank, successor by merger to Sky Bank, successor by merger to Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis f/k/a Union Federal Savings Bank of Indianapolis, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for E-Loan, Inc. and State of Indiana were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the  8 day of March, 2012 at the hour of  10  A m, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
