NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1007-MF-0397 wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP was Plaintiff, and Frank P. Fulnecky a/k/a Francis Paul Fulnecky and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of March, 2012, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
