By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1004-MF-0244 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificate Holders of Banc of America Mortgage Securities, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2006-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-8 was Plaintiff, and Horizon Bank, National Association and Robert Amos were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of March 2012, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
