LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TIM CONBOY FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on January 25, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Tim Conboy to grant a Special Exception for a Home Occupation to allow a 4 guests homestay in a (R1) zoning district.

The location of the property at 1078 Old State Road 46 in Washington Township.

Legal description of premises: Lot Numbered 6 in Hoosier Highlands Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded June 12, 1940 in Miscellaneous Record No. 7 on page 164 and Plat Cabinet 1, Page 265 A, in the Office of the recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

The address of such real estate is commonly known as 1078 Old State Road 46, Nashville, IN 47448.

Subject to any and all easements, agreements, restrictions and other matters of record; subject to the lien for real property taxes not delinquent; and subject to rights of way for roads and such matters as would be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the real estate.

The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
