LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on January 25, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Clarence Gibson for approval of an application for a Special Exception to allow a Modular Structure for Medical Necessity.

The location of the property at 6644 Mt. Moriah road in Hamblen Township.

Legal description of premises: Part of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 10 North, Range 4 East, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning in the center of Mt. Moriah County Road, North 47 degrees 58 minutes West (assumed bearing) 441.7 feet from the Southeast corner of said West half of the Southeast quarter; thence South 51 degrees 21 minutes West with the center of said County Road 190.3 feet; thence North 29 degrees 17 minutes West 1739.6 feet; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes East 280.0 feet; thence South 27 degrees 15 minutes East 1577.5 feet to the beginning.  Containing 8.26 acres, more of less

The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
