LAMBERT MINOR SUBDIVISION AREA PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that Elaine and Richard Hoff has filed with Area Plan Commission of the County of Brown, Indiana an application for a 2 lot Minor Subdivision.

Legal Description of premises: A part of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, further described as follows: Beginning at the center of said Section 35; thence running East 316.89 feet to the centerline of Morrision Road: thence following Morrison Road the following four bearings and distances; North 28 degrees 11 minutes East 96.63 feet; thence North 45 degrees 2 minutes East 45.10 feet, thence North 66 degrees 10 minutes East 50.08 feet; thence South 82 degrees 41 minutes East 199.64 feet; thence leaving said Road and running North 39 degrees 52 minutes West 1017.06 feet to the West line of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 10 North, Range 2 East; thence South 0 degrees 37 minutes East 893.13 feet to the place of beginning, containing 6.88 acres, more or less.  Subject to any utility easements, roads, or rights of way, existing or of record, affecting said real estate.

  The Property is located at 4610 N. Morrison Road in Jackson Township.

The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown Count Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

The Commission will hold a public hearing on January 24, 2012 during a meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m.  All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition.  This notice is being published to notify persons affected by this petition by order of the Area Plan Commission.  Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered.  The hearing may be continued from time to time.   The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room of the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.  If you have a disability that requires special assistance for your participation in the meeting, please contact the Area Plan Commission at (812) 988-5490.
