Beginning at the Southeast comer of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 10 North, Range 2 East; thence North 490 feet to a point; thence West 114 feet to a point; thence South 490 feet to a point; thence East 114 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1-3/8 acres, more or less. Commonly known as:   6477 North Lawson Road Morgantown.IN 46160-8835 This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown with their last known address as follows: Nathan Rariden 6477 North Lawson Road Morgantown, IN 46160-8835

 

In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.

An answer or other appropriate response in writing to the Complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney with the Clerk of the Court for Brown County at: Clerk of Brown County Courthouse, P.O. Box 85 Nashville, IN 47448

On or before the 16th day of December, 2011, (the same being thirty (3o) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so a judgment may be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
