NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO

FREEHOLDERS OF SUB-AREAS III

AND V OF THE LAKE LEMON

CONSERVANCY DISTRICT.

The Lake Lemon Conservancy District (LLCD) is inviting nominations to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors at the ensuing Annual Meeting on February 1, 2012.

The four (4) year terms of the following Directors are expiring:

Marty Mann - Sub-Area III Dennis Friesel — Sub-Area V

A Director nominee must be a freeholder of the Sub-Area of the District for which nominated, be an officer or a nominee of a corporate freeholder of the Sub-Area of the District for which nominated; be qualified by knowledge and experience in matters pertaining to the development of the District; and be willing to serve for four (4) years with NO RENUNMERATION.

Nominations for Sub-Area III and V Director positions must be submitted to the LLCD Office, in writing, before December 1, 2011 and such nomination must be signed by at least five (5) freeholders from the Sub-Area of the District to be served. (Only one (1) freeholder's signature may be counted for any one (1) freehold.)

Nominations postmarked before December 1,2011 may be mailed to the LLCD at 7599 N.
