FOR MILES TOURIST HOME

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on October 26, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Stephen and Yvonne Miles for a Special Exception to allow a tourist home.

The location of the property is 6592 Poplar Grove Road in Van Buren Township. Legal description of premises:  The following described real estate located in Brown County, Indiana, to-wit: The West Half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 8 North, Range 4 East, containing 20 acres, more or less. Commonly known as 6728 Poplar Grove Rd., Columbus, IN 47201

The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing, will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
