NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE                                                             

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County,       

Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1104-MF-0170 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Paul Henderson was a     

Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public  

sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of November, 2011, at the hour of  10am, or as soon thereafter                 

as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body     

of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

                                                                                                                                                              

A part of the northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning south 89 degrees 21 minutes west 2236.41 feet, and south 03 degrees 40 minutes east 71.8 feet from the northeast corner of said Section 7; thence north 89 degrees 20 minutes east 117.1 feet; thence south 110.5 feet; thence south 75 degrees 54 minutes west 111.8 feet; thence north 03 degrees 40 minutes west 136.4 feet to the beginning, containing 0.32 acres, more or less. Also, a 30-foot wide easement lying in the north half of section 7, township 10 north, range 3 east, the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning south 89 degrees 21 minutes west 2867.71 feet and south 07 degrees 00 minutes west 72.5 feet from the northeast comer of Section 7; thence north 89 degrees 20 minutes east 762.1 feet; thence south 976.8 feet to the public road. Also, beginning south  89 degrees 21 minutes west 2038.11 feet, south 00 degrees 02 minutes west 147 feet, south 89 degrees 13 minutes

west 76.8 feet and south 34.9 feet from the northeast comer of said Section 7; thence south 75 degrees 54 minutes

west 146.5 feet; thence south 62 degrees 00 minutes west 156.5 feet to the terminus of said easement. Being the same property conveyed to Ollen Henderson by deed dated 12-1-99 and recorded 12-20-99 as Instrument No. 1999-6090 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
