NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause

No. 07C01-0801-MF-0034 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Ted Fugate; Frances S. Fugate a/k/a

Francis S. Fugate; Citimortgage, Inc.; Richard Smith; Buffey Smith; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum
provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the  10th day of November,  2011, at the hour of 10am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E,

Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, and a part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest (Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 10 North, Range 3 East; thence North 24 rods to a point, which is the point of beginning for the real estate herein described; thence West 150.8 feet to a point in the middle of said public highway; thence following the middle of the said public highway North 4 degrees West 123.3 feet to a point; thence East 356.3 feet to a point; thence South 1 1/4 degrees East 124 feet to a  point; thence West 194.7 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1 acre more or less.
