NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana in Cause No. 07C01-1104-MF-0182 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA was Plaintiff, and Mark W. Walton; Cynthia E. Walton; Indiana Bank and Trust Company F/K/A/ Home Federal Bank; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10 day of Nov, 2011, at the hour of 10am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 9 North, Range 4 East, Brown County, Indiana; described as follows:

Beginning at a stone found at the Northwest corner of the above described Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of section 30 thence with the North line of the quarter quarter North 89 degrees 08 minutes 59 seconds East 752.18 feet to an iron pin; thence South 00 degrees 02 minutes 45 seconds East parallel with the West line of the quarter quarter 363.78 feet to an iron pin on the centerline of a certain 33 foot roadway and utility easement; thence with said easement centerline along the following four calls: (1) North 74 degrees 26 minutes 47 seconds West 115.31 feet to an iron pin; (2) thence North 84 degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds West 256.15 feet to an iron pin; (3) thence South 70 degrees 12 minutes 09 seconds West 224.50 feet to an iron pin; (4) thence South 71 degrees 28 minutes 41 seconds West 184.38 feet to an iron pin on the West line of said quarter quarter; thence leaving said easement centerline run North 00 degrees 02 minutes 45 seconds West with the West line of said quarter quarter 431.08 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.00 acres more or less.

Course data used in this description assumes the West line of the quarter quarter to have a bearing of North 00 degrees 02 minutes 45 seconds West.

The above described tract designated as Tract 10 on an unrecorded survey prepared by Taylor Summerford, Jr. Land Surveyor on October 23, 1992.
