NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana in Cause No. 07C01-1104-MF-0146 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and William A. Porter, Jr.; Kyla J. Porter; Baird Home Corporation, D/B/A Homeowners Funding; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10 day of Nov, 2011, at the hour of 10am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of the public road 170 feet West of the Southeast corner of said quarter quarter section; thence North 200 feet to a point; thence West 80 feet to a point; thence South 200 feet to a point; thence East 80 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 6/16th of an acre, more or less.
ALSO, a perpetual easement over established roadways leading to the Boat Dock through said quarter quarter section.
ALSO, all rights, privileges and duties that the Grantor has by reason of ownership of the real estate in Boat Dock No. 5 and water privileges.
