By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown, County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1102-MF-0073 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Charles H. Murray; Discover Bank; State of Indiana; American General Financial Services, Inc.; Capital One Bank (USA), NA F/K/A Capital One Bank; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10 day of Nov, 2011, at the hour of 10am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Beginning 23 rods South of the Northwest corner of the South half of the Northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 4 East; running thence South 20 rods to the center of the public highway; thence following the center of the public highway in an Eastern direction 100 feet; thence in a Northerly direction 268 feet to a point 260 feet East of the West line of the South half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 4 East; thence North 230 feet; thence West 260 feet to the place of beginning.
