By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, on Cause No. 07C01-


1101-MF-0028 wherein American General Financial Services, Inc., was Plaintiff and Daniel R. Hall, and Unknown             

Tenants/Occupants Of 2150 North Shore Drive, Morganstown, IN 46160, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as

provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on November 10, 2011at the

hour of  10am at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown,

Indiana.

Lot Numbered One Hundred Thirty-five (135) in Woodland Lakes Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 13 on page 505, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
