The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate against the property commonly known as 8249 Center Lake Rd, Nineveh, IN 46164-9647 and described as follows: Lots Numbered OWC-67 and OWC-68, in Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Number 67, which Plat is recorded in Plat Book 1, page 54 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s): Hugh Stephen Lynch a/k/a Hugh S. Lynch, Thomas M. Barr and State of Indiana. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: Christy A. Lynch a/k/a Christy Anne Lynch. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded, by the Plaintiff.
