Glenn Cockrell, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior conviction, Level 6 felony; remaining counts dismissed; 910 days BCJ with 10 days executed, remainder suspended. Credit for one actual day. Community corrections, electronic monitoring, home detention, probation, substance abuse evaluation community service and victim impact panel ordered; $1 fine, $386.50 total court costs.

Sept. 15

Chandler Popplewell, sexual misconduct with a minor, Level 5 felony; remaining count dismissed; two and a half years DOC/BCJ with 270 days executed, remainder suspended. Executed sentence of 270 days to be served in BCJ. Credit for 117 actual days. Probation for three years upon release from incarceration. Probation may terminate after two years upon successful completion of special conditions of probation, payment of all costs and no proven violations. Standard, special and adult sex offender conditions for probation; $1 fine, $536 total court costs.
