Chandler Popplewell, sexual misconduct with a minor, Level 5 felony; remaining count dismissed; two and a half years DOC/BCJ with 270 days executed, remainder suspended. Executed sentence of 270 days to be served in BCJ. Credit for 117 actual days. Probation for three years upon release from incarceration. Probation may terminate after two years upon successful completion of special conditions of probation, payment of all costs and no proven violations. Standard, special and adult sex offender conditions for probation; $1 fine, $536 total court costs.
