Everett (Leon) Fowler, age 69, passed away on Feb. 26, 2021 in an auto accident in Boise, Idaho. He was born Sept. 7, 1951 at home in Brown County and was a lifelong resident.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved being outdoors enjoying nature.
He is survived by his best friend and dog, Sharky who stayed by his side as he passed. Leon was father to three children; Nancy Schroyer of Bloomington, Indiana, Tim (Cara) Fowler of Loretto, Minnesota, Missy (Brandon) Jackson of Franklin, Indiana. He had 12 grandchildren; Nikki and Jimmy Schroyer, Luke and Wes Overton, Jacob, Grace and Lilly Fowler, Nick and Kyle Wicker and Chandler, Shea and Alex Jackson.
He is survived by four sisters; Ruby Hartman, Maxine Branton, Mary Ruth Goodnight and Virginia (Curt) Arnold and his youngest brother Alan Fowler. He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Virgie Fowler, brothers Elesmalee, Robert, Junior, Orville, Paul Fowler and his infant son, Jonathan Leon Fowler. He will be missed by many.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
