Centerstone is transitioning the way it delivers mental health, addiction and counseling services to clients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Effective immediately, Centerstone will provide most services via telephone or telehealth. Residential facilities, including Centerstone Recovery Centers, will remain operational with increased COVID-19 safety protocols, an email from Centerstone states.
