Joyce L. (Clark) Summers, age 83 of Franklin (formerly of Brown County) died on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019. Visitation will be 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10 with a funeral service on Monday, Nov. 11 at 10:30 a.m. All services at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home, 179 E. Mulberry St. in Morgantown.
