Sept. 10

Patricia Case, three counts of nonsupport of a dependent child, Level 6 felonies. On each of counts 1, 2 and 3, concurrent: 365 days in BCJ with 14 days executed, remainder suspended. Credit for seven actual days. Probation for 351 days. Conviction shall be entered as Class A misdemeanor upon successful completion of probation; $188 fine and total court costs.

Eric B. Smith, operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more, Class A misdemeanor; operating a vehicle while intoxicated — previously convicted of offense of OWI within five years, Level 6 felony; remaining count dismissed; 600 days in BCJ/Brown County Community Corrections with 60 days executed, remainder suspended. Credit for two actual days. Consecutive to 03D02-1806-F6-003160. Probation for 540 days, consecutive to Bartholomew County probation with standard and special conditions. License suspension for 365 days commencing Sept. 10. Court accepts parties’ stipulation of no refusal; $386.50 fine and total court costs. Defendant to report to Brown County jail on Sept. 15 at noon.
