A Cincinnati, Ohio woman was checked out by EMS for neck pain last night after her car slid down a hill and into a tree on Bucknbass Drive.

The crash was reported just after 4 p.m. near Oak Grove Road.

Dawn Caine, 52, told police she was driving up a gravel hill when her car began to spin out, according to an accident by Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy William Pool.

Caine said she hit her brakes, but on the loose gravel, her car began to slide down the hill backwards, and due to her increasing speed down the hill, her brakes could not stop her, the report states. Her vehicle then struck a tree at the bottom of the hill, causing significant damage to the rear of her car.

Caine had a complaint of neck pain and was treated at the scene by EMS before being released. She told police she would go to the hospital to be checked out later.

Her vehicle was towed due to the damage. She was wearing a seat belt.
