PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on August 27, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Michael Riebl of Gnaw Bones Properties LLC to allow a Replat of 2 existing lots.

The locations of the properties are 4813, 4873, and 4883 State Road 46 East in Washington Township.

Legal description of premises:

Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2 in Roberts Commercial Subdivision as set forth on plat recorded September 12,2001 as Instrument No. 2001-4153; re-recorded August 28,2003 in Plat Cabinet No. 2, Sleeve 149A, as Instrument No. 2003-5050, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
