This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named Respondent whose whereabouts are unknown: Lacey K. Imhoff

The nature of the suit against you is: A Petition to Establish or Enforce Child Custody and Parenting Time with Respect to the two minor children you have with Petitioner, Jared Robbins, as been filed.

You must respond within thirty [30] days after the last notice of this action is published. Should you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

You are hereby notified that pursuant to an Order issued in said cause dated November 21. 2018. a hearing on said Petition is scheduled for January 4. 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Brown Circuit Court. 20 East Main Street. Nashville, Indiana 47448, and further that the Court will determine the issues raised by said Petition in your absence should you fail to appear on said date and time.
