Burial will be in East Hill Cemetery, Morgantown.
She was born Dec. 1, 1931, in Nineveh, to the late James and Bernice (Bauman) Dailey.  Pat was a 1950 graduate of Helmsburg High School after attending several other schools before her senior year, including Craven, Taggart, Taylorsville and Warren Central Schools.  She was employed for 20 years in the fabric industry where she was a seamstress and fabric handler.  At age 21 she began working at Haspel in Tylertown where she remained until they closed 19 years later.  Pat found other work in Franklinton, Louisiana and then returned to Tylertown for her last five years, working at American Fabric Company, bolting lace for retail sales.
Pat was a devoted 25-year member of the Neighborhood Church of God where she loved her church family which included her sister and daughter-in-law.  Pat was never far from having a good time with family and friends.  They were often treated to her homemade noodles and spaghetti sauce (made with a pinch of this and a dab of that), banana cake with caramel icing or blackberry cobbler.  Pat stayed busy by tending to her vegetable garden, sewing, crocheting and embroidering.  She had a keen mind and could remember the smallest of details. Pat enjoyed reading autobiographies and the Chicken Soup for the Soul books.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Karen Stocki of Long Beach, MS; sister, Clara Day of Nashville; daughter-in-law, Janice Magee of Brown County; grandchildren, Pamela (Steven) Dean of Greenwood, Tinaka (Michael Evans) Noell of Duluth, GA, Jimmy (Heather) Thornhill and Jeremy (Tina) Thornhill of Tylertown, MS, great-grandchildren; Trevor Thornhill and James Grantham, both of Tylertown, Jasmine (Kyle) Ellegood, Dylan Price, Nathan and Madison Noell of Duluth, GA, Hunter and Kody Dean; great-great-grandchildren: Brysen Ellegood, Mason and Hudson Ellegood; and several nieces and nephews.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Winfred Magee, whom she married on Feb. 4, 1953 in Indianapolis. She was also preceded in death by a son, Ralph Michael “Mike” Magee; and a sister, Helen Williams.

Memorial contributions may be sent in honor of Pat to the Neighborhood Church of God, “benevolent fund,” 7440 Sweetwater Trail, Nineveh, IN  46164.
