An Ellettsville woman was injured in a rollover crash on State Road 46 West Feb. 25 near Yellowwood Road.

Alicia M. McPike, 28, told Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Joe Jackson that she cut her hand climbing out of her PT Cruiser and that her neck was starting to hurt.

McPike said she was not sure what happened. She was driving on 46 West at about 9 a.m., her vehicle went off the side of the road onto the right shoulder and she lost control in the gravel, the accident report said. Her vehicle then shot back on the road, and McPike overcorrected to get back into her lane, which caused her vehicle to roll over onto its top into a ditch, the report said.

McPike had a passenger with her who was not injured. McPike was taken to a hospital by EMS. Her vehicle was towed. She was wearing a seat belt, the report said.
