NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 07C01-1605-MF-000149, wherein PennyMac Holdings, LLC, was Plaintiff, and Sharon R. Carpenter nka Sharon R. Poole-Carpenter, Samuel S. Carpenter, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12th day of April, 2018, at the hour of  10:00 AM,  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

The North Half of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Jackson Township, Brown County, Indiana described as follows:

Beginning at a rebar found marking the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 10; thence South 02 Degrees 20 Minutes 57 Seconds West (assumed bearing) with the East line of said Northeast Quarter Southeast Quarter 675.34 Feet to a railroad spike set in Ritter County Road; thence North 87 Degrees 49 Minutes 26 Seconds West 668.90 Feet to a capped rebar set; thence North 02 Degrees 20 Minutes 57 Seconds East 675.34 Feet to a capped rebar set in the North line of said Northeast Quarter Southeast Quarter; thence South 87 Degrees 49 Minutes 26 Seconds East with said North line 668.90 Feet to the place of beginning, containing 10.37 Acres more or less.
