Board approves retirement, coach resignation

The Brown County School Board of Trustees approved the following Feb. 15:

• The retirement notice of Brown County Career Resource Center Director Dave Bartlett, effective June 30.
• Separating Brown County High School boys’ basketball coach Chuck Hutchins, effective at the end of the 2017-2018 season. This is a resignation from his coaching job only; he will remain as assistant principal at the high school.
• A request for Matt Williams, Paige Burton and Jake Koressel to attend STEM Education Day in Mason, Ohio, on April 27.
