Driver, passenger face marijuana charges

Two Indianapolis women are facing identical drug-related charges in Brown County after police pulled over a vehicle on Feb. 5.

Tiffany Szehner, 43, a driver, and Brittany L. Spears, 21, a passenger, were stopped on the same date by Nashville Police Assistant Chief of Police Tim True. Both were charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia on Feb. 9.

It was unclear in their reports if they were in the same vehicle, as information about the location and reason for a stop weren’t in the police reports.

On both reports, True wrote that he found less than 30 grams of marijuana and a “roach clip” with “a blue dice” on one end.
