NOTICE OF SUIT SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO: Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Dorthela Scotten and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Dorthela Scotten:

BE IT KNOWN, that Wells Fargo Bank, NA, the above- named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Elyssa M. Meade, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court its Complaint against Defendant Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Dorthela Scotten and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Dorthela Scotten, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Dorthela Scotten and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Dorthela Scotten, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County, State of Indiana, to wit:

Part of the East Half of the North Half of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:

Commencing at a capped rebar found marking the Northeast Corner of the East Half of the North Half of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24, also the Northeast Corner of a tract described to Harold and Juanita Ford in Deed Record Number 132, Pages 56-57 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana; thence South 00 degrees 16 minutes 26 seconds West (assumed Bearing) on and along the East Line of said East Half of the North Half of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter, also the East Line of said Ford tract 386.12 feet to a capped rebar set and the beginning; thence continuing South 00 degrees 16 minutes 26 seconds West with the East Line of said East Half of the North Half of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter, also the East Line of said Ford tract 272.63 feet to a White Oak Corner tree marking the Northeast Corner of a tract described to Bruce Maddux in deed Record Number 115, Page 410 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana as shown on a Legal Survey of said tract dated June 14, 1976 and recorded on page 130 in the Legal Survey Record Book in the Office of the Brown County Surveyor; thence North 89 degrees 07 minutes 15 seconds West with a fence line on and along the North line of said Maddux tract 984.56 feet to an iron pipe found marking the Northwest corner of said Maddux tract, also the Northeast corner of a tract described to Richard and Patricia Bothwell in Deed Record Number 162, Page 67 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, said iron pipe shown as said corner of the above reference legal survey; thence continuing North 89 degrees 07 minutes 15 seconds West with said fence line on and along the North line of said Bothwell tract 77.56 feet to an iron pin set in the apparent center of Three Notch County Road; thence the following two (2) courses are with the apparent center of said Road; North 37 degrees 59 minutes 31 seconds West 61.40 feet to an iron pin set; and North 41 degrees 53 minutes 45 seconds West 88.60 feet to an iron pin set; thence North 83 degrees 01 minutes 23 seconds East through the lands of said Ford 1168.91 feet to the beginning, containing 5.00 acres, more or less. commonly known as 6863 Three Notch Road, Nashville, IN 47448.

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
