TO: Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Thomas Foreman, AKA Thomas W. Foreman, Sr. and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Thomas Foreman, AKA Thomas W. Foreman, Sr. and Cordy/Sweetwater Lakes HOA:

BE IT KNOWN, that Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Elyssa M. Meade, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court its Complaint against Defendants Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Thomas Foreman, AKA Thomas W. Foreman, Sr. and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Thomas Foreman, AKA Thomas W. Foreman, Sr. and Cordy/ Sweetwater Lakes HOA, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendants, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Thomas Foreman, AKA Thomas W. Foreman, Sr. and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Thomas Foreman, AKA Thomas W. Foreman, Sr. and Cordy/ Sweetwater Lakes HOA, upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County, State of Indiana, to wit:

Tract Number AA-24 in Cordry Park in Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, being an unplatted tract of land more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

A part of the former C.W. Cordry farm located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17 Township 10 North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian, description starting at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said section and proceeding 17.86 feet South 88 degrees 30 minutes West and 676.90 feet North and 945.57 feet West to a point of beginning; thence South 31 degrees 20 minutes West 113.85 feet; thence South 45 degrees 48 minutes 65.48 feet; thence North 26 degrees 34 minutes East 62.35 feet; thence North 10 degrees 2 minutes West 89.09 feet to the Place of Beginning.

Also, Tract Number AA-25 in Cordry Park in Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

A part of the former C.W. Cordry Farm located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 10 North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian, description starting at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said section and proceeding 17.86 feet South 88 degrees 30 minutes West 678.90 feet North 945.57 feet West and South 31 degrees 20 minutes West 113.85 feet to a point of beginning; thence South 31 degrees 20 minutes West 60 feet; thence South 48 degrees 39 minutes East 76.58 feet; thence North 20 degrees 11 minutes East 60 feet; thence North 45 degrees 46 minutes West 65.48 feet to the Point of Beginning. commonly known as 7799 Paw Paw Drive, Nineveh, IN 46164.

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
