Sergio Alvarez, 25, of Morgantown, died unexpectedly in his home Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018.
Survivors include his two children; his mother; and two siblings who reside in Illapel, Chile.
Visitation and service were Jan. 31 at Parkview Church of the Nazarene in Nashville.
Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Arrangements were with Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home in Nashville.
