SAHUARITA, Ariz. — Authorities say one person has been killed in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 19 between Tucson and Green Valley in southern Arizona.

Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say the driver of a pickup truck was ejected from his vehicle after the collision and was pronounced dead at the scene Wednesday morning.

The name of the person who died wasn’t immediately released.

DPS officials say the crash occurred north of Pima Mine Road which is near Sahuarita.

Witnesses told authorities that the pickup truck sideswiped a vehicle in another lane, pushing both into the median and the truck then rolled over.
