A Nashville woman was injured in a crash Jan. 2 when she tried to turn into a driveway on State Road 46 West.

Lee Ann Johnson, 46, was westbound in the 1400 block of 46 West when she became distracted and almost missed her turn into a driveway, according to a crash report by Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Austin Schonfeld.

Johnson told police she thought she could still make the turn, but when she turned into the driveway, her vehicle went off the west side and into a tree.

Johnson was treated at the scene for an injury to her hand. Her vehicle was towed. She was wearing a seat belt.
