BROWN COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that Deborah Herring has filed with the Area Plan Commission of the County of Brown, Indiana, an application for Rezoning of property, to wit:
Legal description of premises:
A part of In-Lot Numbered 128, in the ORIGINAL PLAT OF THE TOWN OF NASHVILLE, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North side of said Lot, 48 feet West of the sidewalk; running thence West on the North line of said Lot, 48 feet, more or less, to that part of said Lot formerly owned by John Followell; thence South to the South line of said Lot; thence East on said South line to a point 48 feet West of the sidewalk; thence North to the place of beginning.
ALSO, part of In-Lot Numbered 128, in the ORIGINAL PLAT OF THE TOWN OF NASHVILLE, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: 48 feet by parallel lines off of the East end of said Lot
Applicant is requesting approval for rezoning the described property from Restricted Buffer (RB) to Business One District (B1). The property is located at 188 Jefferson Street in Washington Township.
The file on this matter is available for public inspection at least 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
The Commission will hold a public hearing on January 23, 2018 during a meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. Ail interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. This notice is being published to notify persons affected by this petition by order of the Area Plan Commission. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time. The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room of the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
