Legal Notice

WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to establish a regular schedule for the Lake Lemon Conservancy District (LLCD) Board of Director’s meetings;

IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED AND ESTABLISHED that the dates, times and locations of the LLCD Board meetings for 2018 are as follows:

Board of Directors Meetings are January 25th, March 22nd, April 26th, May 24th, September 27th, October 25th, and December 12th at 6:00 P.M., located at the City of Bloomington Utilities Building (600 E. Miller Dr. Bloomington, IN). The June 23rd. July 21st, and August 18th meetings will be on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. at the Riddle Point Park Shelter (7599 N. Tunnel Rd., Unionville, IN 47468).

Board Executive Sessions will, when necessary, immediately precede or follow Board Meetings when issues complying with the Indiana Conservancy Act (IC 1.4-33) and the Indiana “OPEN DOOR LAW” are to be discussed (i.e. litigation, prospective employees, employee job performance, land acquisitions, et cetera).

The Annual LLCD Meeting will be February 22nd, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at the City of Bloomington Utilities Building (600 E. Miller Dr. Bloomington, IN).
