Nashville woman hurt in slide-off accident

A Nashville woman was injured in a car crash on Christmas Eve after her vehicle slid on Bean Blossom Road.

The crash occurred at around 5:11 p.m., according to an accident report by Brown County sheriff’s deputy Austin Schonfeld.

Marcia Henson, 68, was southbound on Bean Blossom Road while it was snowing. She came around a corner into a straightaway and lost control of her vehicle, which went off the west side of the road, up an embankment and struck a tree, according to a report.

Henson was taken to a hospital by EMS for treatment for a hand injury. She was wearing a seat belt.

Her vehicle was towed.
