Letter: Inn situation: ‘A public apology would be nice’

0

To the editor:

Recently, Nashville has gotten a lot of unfavorable national attention because of one business owner. This kind of advertisement unwittingly portrayed Nashville in a very sinister way.

Reviews are to make your business better, by addressing problems that might have gone unchecked. Reviews are not for a business owner to advertise and profit through intimidating, threatening and overcharging.

A public apology would be nice for humiliating our town.
