By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01- 1708-MF-000313 wherein HSBC Bank USA National Association as Trustee for GSMPS Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-RP1 Mortgage Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2005-RP1 was Plaintiff, and Cheryl J. Jarrett and The County of Brown, State of Indiana were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of February, 2018, at the hour of 10am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
The following described real estate located in Brown County, Indiana: A part of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning North 39 degrees 17 minutes East 368.7 feet, North 63 degrees 51 minutes East 53.7 feet, North 82 degrees 36 minutes East 184.0 feet, and south 81 degrees 00 minutes East 69.3 feet from the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 2 East; running thence on a line 70 degrees East of North to the center of Salt Creek; thence North following Salt Creek 155 feet; thence South 70 degrees West to the center of the public highway; thence South 155 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1 acre, more or less.
