NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1702- MF-000058 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-R7 was Plaintiff, and Mark Osburn, AKA Mark G. Osburn and Property Owners Association of Woodland Lake Incorporated were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of February 2018 at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office 39 N. Van Buren Nashville, IN 47448-0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Lot numbered seventy one (71) in Woodland Lake Estates Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Miscellaneous Record 13, page 505, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Excepting therefrom the following: Lots #106, 107 and 108 in the Woodland Lake Estates Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 13, on Page 505, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
