NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND NOTICE CANCELLING ELECTION OF DIRECTORS FOR THE CORDRY-SWEETWATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT

The following notice is given pursuant to I.C. 14-33-5-4 and I.C. 14-33-5-11.5. The annual meeting of the Cordry-Sweetwater Conservancy District will be held at the Cordry-Sweetwater Lot Owners Association Clubhouse, located at 8751 Nineveh Road, Nineveh, Indiana 46164, on January 13,2018 at 1:00pm.

One (1) vacancy will occur on the Cordry-Sweetwater Conservancy District Board of Directors on the date of the annual meeting. The vacant seat is Area 2. Only one (1) freeholder has been nominated from that Area. Pursuant to I.C. 14-33-5-11.5, the election of directors previously scheduled for January 13, 2018, is hereby cancelled. The nominee for election to the Board of Directors to represent Area 2 will be considered elected on January 13,2018.

At the annual meeting, the Board of Directors of the Cordry-Sweetwater Conservancy District will conduct such business as may be allowed by law, including, but not limited to, administering oaths of office, reorganizing the board, considering and paying claims, considering owner comments, and conducting such other business as may legally come before the board at that time.
