Brian L. McTarsney,  58, died Thursday evening, Nov. 16, 2017 at his home in Franklin.

The Rev. Michael Mercer was to conduct a funeral service at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown.

Friends were to call from 11 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.

Burial was to be in Nineveh Cemetery.
