Passenger arrested for meth possession

A Bloomfield woman faces a felony in Brown County after police stopped a vehicle she was riding in for speeding and an equipment violation.

Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht reported in a probable cause affidavit that he stopped the vehicle Stephanie N. Miller, 32, was riding in Oct. 29.

Eggebrecht reported finding less than five grams of methamphetamine in Miller’s possession and less than 10 grams of marijuana.

He also found different glass pipes with marijuana and methamphetamine residue inside.

She was charged Nov. 6 with possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.
