NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1702- MF-000080 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-R7 was Plaintiff, and Bryon Johnson, State of Indiana and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of December, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office 39 N. Van Buren Nashville, IN 47448- 0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

The following described real estate located in Brown County, State of Indiana:

Lot Numbered OES-161, Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Number 59 which plat is recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 41, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
