By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1706-MF- 000233 wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC was Plaintiff, and Scott Kennett was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of December, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office 39 N. Van Buren Nashville, IN 47448- 0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
And Being Known as Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 9 North, Range 4 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows;
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Said Quarter Section; thence West Along the North Line of Said Quarter Section 80 Rods to the Northwest Corner of Said Quarter Section; thence South Along the East line of said Quarter 80 Rods to the Southwest Corner of Said Quarter; thence North 45 degrees East 1868.5 Feet to the Point of Beginning, Containing 20 acres, more or less.
