Police: Passenger had meth, syringe

A 20-year-old Nashville man has been charged with possession of methamphetamine after police stopped the vehicle he was riding in.

Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht arrested Cody S. Hacker on Oct. 13. He reported find less than five grams of meth in Hacker’s possession, plus a syringe, smoking pipes and a grinder, the police report said.

Hacker was charged Oct. 19 with possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.
