HAMBLEN TWP. — A Greenwood man was arrested Oct. 14 in Brown County after he crashed his car on Gatesville Road.

The crash occurred at around 3:57 p.m. in the 3100 block. Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht reported smelling alcohol on the driver, Nathan W. Rebennack, 39, that his speech was slow and his eyes were red.

A breath test showed his blood-alcohol content to be 0.12, more than the legal limit of 0.08.

He was charged with three misdemeanors on Oct. 16.
